Mr. V P Raju, known as VP, is the Founder and Principal Partner of V P R A and Associates LLP. He is a holder Bachelor of Commerce from Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda College, Chennai and Qualified as Chartered Accountant in 2009 with flying Colours. He is also a qualified Cost Accountant and completed his Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA). He has successfully completed Certificate Course on “Concurrent audit of Banks”. He has been trained at National Institute of Financial Management, New Delhi on “Professional Skills Development”. Having worked for India’s Leading FMCG Company and handled the role of Strategic & Commercial Finance, Accounts and Taxation, Started Practice in 2014. His area of expertise includes IFRS, Income Tax, GST, Foreign Trade Policy and Business Management Consultancy. He has presented Papers on the different subjects at Various Professional Forums, Industrial Bodies, Corporate Entities and Educational Institutions like ICAI, Export Associations, CII, Rotary Clubs, ITC Limited, Marico Limited, PSG Educational Institutions ,etc. He is also Member of various social forums namely Rotary Club of Coimbatore Texcity, Lions Club P-Velur, CII Young Indians, Coimbatore.He is also a certified Independent Director from the "Indian Institute of Corporate affairs - IICA" and serving as independent Director in various companies. Mr. Baskaran T is a Commerce graduate from Bharathiar University and Qualified as Chartered Accountant in 2011. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He was in Banking Industry for about a decade and worked with India’s leading Banks. While his service in the Banking sector, he had large exposure in Retail and Corporate Banking, Core Banking Solutions and Asset Restructuring. His area of expertise includes Income Tax, Bank Statutory, Concurrent & Stock Audits and Business Consultancy including Corporate Restructuring. I also having experience in conducting due diligence. He is heading the Direct Tax vertical of V P R A and Associates LLP.

Mrs. Nagadeepika M is a Commerce Graduate from Lady Doak College, Madurai and Qualified as Chartered Accountant in 2011. She has successfully completed a Certificate Course on the “Goods and Service Tax” conducted by ICAI. She is a Certified Independent Director from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs.Initial Phase of her career she was working for India’s Second largest Private Bank as a Solution Manager handling a wide range of roles and responsibilities including credit Appraisal, monitoring and financial analysis of Large Corporates and SME Borrowers. She has also worked as Chief Accounts Officer for a leading Trading entity handling Books of Accountants, Taxation both Direct & Indirect and Corporate Treasury before moving to Practice.Her area of expertise is Goods and Service Tax, Company Laws, Project financing and financial Consultancy. She obtained a Certificate of Practice in 2019. She is in-Charge of Chennai Branch and Handling the GST vertical of V P R A and Associates, LLP.She is involved a lot of social forums namely Rotary Club of Tiruvallur, Inner Circle ,etc.

He was a Chief Financial Officer of one of the leading Auto ancillary company wherein he has handled wide areas namely Budgeting, Costing, Project Finance, Internal Controls, Import & Export, Fund Management, Compliance and Reporting. He also carries the Global expertise in ERP Implementation (SAP, Oracle) and Played a pivotal role in the Standardisation of Global Processes across various countries. He heads the Internal Audit and Business Advisory wing of VPRA and Associates LLP.
